Aroo Spartans! Day 11 of the #merryspartan30 Today we are bring in some more animal movements to our workout! Well bring in some Lateral Apes for our warmup. Today will be another carry day, grab a weight you can work with for 20-30 minutes on a run/hike and head out to a new workout location. Once there well get in 3 rounds of 10 reps of some Box Jump Burpees, Dips, Hanging Leg Raises, and a Pushup/Bear Crawl combo. For our remaining #spartan30 exercises well be doing :60 ISO holds for our Crab, Lunge (L+R), Squat and Plank. Feel free to increase time on ISO holds. Tomorrow is day 12!
