Around 200 familys or 800 voters citizens including ,100 senior citizens are forced to live a life of victims due to the unexpected behaviour in providing the justice for their guilt that they had trusted on the plans certificate of approval from MDA in 1990 and the builder Ansal Housing construction Ltd. New Delhi , committments displayed into their sale brochures due to the corruption in the authorites MDA,Maha nagar nigam,the ministry of urban development U.P employees.We are suffering from last 15yrs after buying the property from the said fraud builder. The builder had sold the un-cleared lands.Maximum bankers have denied to provide the loans and finance due to the legal problems in land holdings by the builder company.They had sold the land proposed for commercial activities into the project to the other peoples to build the un authorised construction with the help of corruptions into the MDA and distrct administration authorities using the money power and muscle power of the local leaders(MP,MLA and Mayor) of BJP.
