Dinaga, Canaman, both of this province, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Leo L. Intia of RTC Br. 27, Naga City for violation of Sec. 2 in relation to Sec. 3 of PD 1612 (Anti-Fencing Law) with bail recommended of Twenty four thousand pesos (Php 24,000.00). Manuel G Salumbides, of RTC Br. 29, Libmanan, Cam Sur, for Direct Assault with bail recommended of Twelve thousand pesos (Php 12,000.00). Naga City --- Joint PNP personnel of Cam Sur Criminal Investigation and Detection Team (CIDT) led by Police Chief Inspector Joven SM Fernandez, Cam Sur Prov’l Public Safety Coy (CSPPSC) and Canaman MPS, arrested a wanted person identified as Rommel Nidea y Clemente, 43 years old, married and a resident of Brgy. San Agustin, Canaman, Cam Sur, at about 2:15 PM of January 07, 2015 in Elias Angeles St., Naga City, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 5(B) of R.A. 7610 (5 counts) Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. issued by Judge Erwin Virgilio P. Ferrer, of RTC Branch 20, Naga City with recommended bail of Php. 200,000.00 each. Accused is in the custody of CIDT Cam Sur for proper disposition###( Canaman MPS) Tinambac, Camarines Sur --- PNP personnel of Tinambac MPS led by SPO1 Pablito B Pacayra Jr arrested a wanted person identified as Arnel Gianan y Quiñones, 22 years old, single, at his residence in Brgy, Tiera Nevada, Tinambac, Cam Sur, at about 4:30 AM of January 07, 2015, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Pedro M Redoña of RTC Br. 63, Calabanga, Cam Sur for Statutory Rape with no bail recommended.
