Arrival night: Quickly finish my steak and veg wrap in the car before I walk in. Must look like the biggest weirdo. Am still chewing on the last bit when I walk past a few people, "can I still talk?" After registration we have our first and last warm dinner served and they explain the rules to us. Then straight into it with our first hour of meditation. My legs are killing me after 5 min. Only 100hrs to go, this is going to be a long 10 days!
