Arrow Solutions Group is currently seeking candidates for a System Server Administrator for a large hospital in Gillette, WY. This individual will provide a high level of technical support for the HIS and other hospital facilities. The ideal candidate should have hospital or health care related experience. Technical Responsibilities: •Provide Microsoft Windows platform management, configuration, design, training and expertise. Microsoft platforms include Active Directory and Exchange. Experience with VMware is a plus. •Lead implementation projects such as Exchange Server, Active Directory Domains, Microsoft Server and network infrastructure. •Provide support for Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Applications. •Monitor server performance and availability. •Ensure Windows server availability compliance to Service Level Agreements. •Support and maintain Active Directory. •Provide Windows Exchange Email Server Support. •Upgrade and replace server hardware where appropriate. •Daily tasks and activities will vary by client nee Qualifications: •3-5 years of experience with Network and Server Administration. •Most recent experience with Microsoft Windows 2008 Server operating system support, including Active Directory and Exchange 2010. •Experience with VMware support. •Knowledge of enterprise backup software. •Strong comprehension of networking principles. •Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Ability to document/track procedures. •General knowledge of IT security, including firewalls, switches and VPN. •Certifications in Windows Server and Exchange are highly desirable. Skills: •Solid IT Network Hardware and Software background. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and strong follow-through. •Adaptable, flexible, patient and professional even in tense or difficult situations. •Ability to excel in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment. •Dedication to principles of quality customer service. •Strong interpersonal skills, team focused, works well in an environment where everyone is expected to help each other.
