Arrow Solutions Group is seeking a PCI Consultant & IT Support person to work in Billings, MT on a contract only basis. This client will initially need help with a PCI audit and back-up systems, which may require some time onsite. Otherwise this person will be able to manage issues off site and must be available immediately when a network or security issues occurs. The hours for this position vary and the individual may have a full time job, but must be available immediately if and when a network, security or PCI issues occurs. Job Responsibilities: •Primary responsibility is to ensure PCI compliance requirements and audit remediation. •Will also deploy, secure, administer, and support Windows servers. •Assist with the remediation of Windows operating system security vulnerabilities, windows server patching and server hardening for Windows 2008 servers. •Help establish and implement enterprise class standards for Microsoft-based infrastructure systems. •Manage and improve Active Directory and Group Policy Objects to meet best practice standards •Build new physical and virtual servers in Windows 2008 environments, as needed to resolve capacity issues and/or audit exceptions •Develop, execute and document best practice procedures to obtain or maintain FFIEC, PCI, SSAE 16/SOC 1 and corporate audit compliance. •Perform other tasks as assigned. Required Skills/Experience: •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 engineering, administration, support and security best practices. •Demonstrates previous enterprise-class experience as a server administrator, engineer or support personnel in a highly-available virtualized production Windows environment with SAN attached storage. •Experience with the following Microsoft technologies: Windows 2008 Server, Active Directory, Internet Information Server (IIS), Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), and SQL Server •Experience working on a functional team, and with a variety of Infrastructure and business unit groups. •Willingness and capability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes required. •Strong customer service skills and a high level of professionalism. Education & Experience Requirements: •Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Equivalent work experience can be substituted. •Job Related Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced distributed systems support or engineering position.. •Certifications: MC ITP/MCSE preferred.
