Arrow Solutions Group is seeking a full time or contract Audio/Video Systems Integrator to work in Billings or Missoula, Montana. This position will design, install, program and service various AV systems. Duties and Responsibilities: •Design, install, program and service various AV systems such as conference/training rooms, gymnasiums, paging systems, satellite TV, digital signage and other various AV systems. •Provide pre- and post-sales technical & design support as needed including but not limited to setup, programming, testing, tuning, calibrating, troubleshooting, repair and tear down of audio-visual, video teleconferencing and various other systems. •Deliver complex consultation to clients for AV services, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing assistance in site survey, installation and coordination of any AV equipment and projects assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •Comprehension of A/V technology, business, office procedures and the ability to adhere to policies and procedures. •Must be up-to-date on and willing to learn new technologies such as DSP programming, sound system tuning and video calibration, and interoperability of Audio Video and automation systems. •Experience necessary in design and installation of commercial and residential integrated systems including but not limited to audio, video, control systems, video/web conferencing, digital signage, touch panels, AV matrix switches and other related low voltage systems. •Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office Suite and databases. •Ability to multitask with attention to detail. •Strong communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a group / corporate environment. •Perform complex and time-critical tasks with optimum effectiveness and efficiency with little or no supervision in high-pressure situations.
