Arrow Solutions Group is seeking an Electrical and Instrument (E&I) Planner / contractor for a long-term project lasting up to three years to work in Billings, Montana. This individual will have at least five years’ experience working within E&I disciplines in Refining, Petrochemical and/or related industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plans E&I maintenance work including job task planning and resource loading, material requisitioning, coordination needs with other craft disciplines and Operations, etc. • Works with the Planning and Scheduling department to ensure appropriate work orders are planned, scheduled and executed consistent with refinery priorities. • Assists with development of new Preventive Maintenance orders and the adjustment (work content, frequency, etc.) of existing Preventive Maintenance orders. • Provides technical support to craft to guide improvements to maintenance repair strategies. • Supports spare parts inventory requests to ensure appropriate levels for equipment repairs. • Provides and monitors E&I metrics to measure key reliability improvement variables. • Establishes and manages use of E&I reliability tools, such as Emerson Asset Management System, Honeywell Loop Scout, Bently-Nevada System 1, infrared thermography, transformer oil analysis, and related tools. • Supports and judiciously manages updates for information, document, and data management systems as related to E&I disciplines, and key systems including SAP, evergreen drawings, EDMS, and INtools. REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years’ experience working within E&I disciplines in Refining, Petrochemical and/or related industry. • Associates degree in Instrument Technology or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and/or related field. • Knowledge of SAP and working experience in maintenance planning, procurement and scheduling functions. • Proficient in safety-instrumented systems and knowledge including API, ISA, IEEE, NEMA, UL, ANSI.
