Arsenal have made a £10.9million bid for Borussia Dortmund utility man Sokratis Papastathopoulos, according to reports. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has already admitted he wants to add new faces to his squad before the transfer deadline, with defence and midfield the priority. And now reports in Italy say he’s lodged an offer for Dortmund ace Sokratis, who can cover both positions with ease.
