Art Workshop OPENING DOORS (an added summer session) Todd Clark Studio July 28 - August 1st, 10 am - 3 pm Due to popular demand and because the Red Deer College course I was going to teach was cancelled, a second workshop has been added to Todd Clark Studio’s summer calendar. During this 5 day workshop at Todd Clark Studio, students will explore creating expressive abstract paintings. Based on the elements and principles of design, critiques will be provided to assist students along their creative journey and perhaps open some doors for new painting possibilities. I will also share my own expertise about visual vocabulary with daily demonstrations showing how I start, work through, and resolve a painting. Lessons will be held inside the studio but the actual painting will take place outside in the gardens. Coffee and tea will be provided each day and on the final day a Tuscan style lunch with wine will be served.
