Arthur Welling reminded me of the Guam Capsizing Hearing in Congress. I truly love this for all its stupidity. It is humanity at its most ignorant, unapologetically on display. The Guam Capsizing Hearing is one of my favorites because it wasnt a gaff or an out-of-context statement. This was a full on, no holds barred, screaming stupidity of the first order.
