Article No: 9 Why many Fresher Engineers confuse in selecting Right Career... Though we deal into Training and Recruitment to All branch Dip/ Degree Engineers, many time we came across unique cases. Their are different views and opinions, but according to me: 1) Many Engineers after passing out looking at what others are doing to ease their job entry. 2) If anyone says bulk opening will raise with Sp company for Sp positions, many are blindly follow them without identifying TRUTH. 3) Any Engineering is basically a concept, and unless if concepts are not clear very difficult to prove in any sector. 4) Domain knowledge is very important and to become SME Subject Matter Expertise takes time. 5) Very wrong if expecting high Salary range at very initial stage. 6) Sitting ideal and just waiting for opportunity to walk-in on door step will finally waste time and increase competition as after every 6 month new engineering freshers are entering into job market. 7) Many Engineers are looking for immediate job opening and reluctant in learning Fixed Recruitment related Professional Training.
