Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause, establishes the U.S. Constitution, federal statutes, and U.S. Treaties as "the supreme law of the land." The text provides that these are the highest form of law in the U.S. legal system, and mandates that all state judges must follow federal law when a conflict arises between federal law and either the state constitution or state law of any state. IT IS A FEDERAL SUPREMACY LAW A RIGHT AND A NATURAL GIVEN HUMAN RIGHT OF SELF DEFENSE WHICH TRUMPS ALL STATE LAWS AND CONSTITUTIONS GIVING THE CITIZEN OF THE U.S.A. THE LIBERTY TO BEAR ARMS WITHOUT INFRINGEMENTS. AND IT IS NOT BEING TREATED AS SUCH. The "supremacy clause" is the most important guarantor of national union. It assures that the Constitution and federal laws and treaties take precedence over state law and binds all judges to adhere to that principle in their courts. The Supremacy Clause only applies if Congress is acting in pursuit of its constitutionally authorized powers. Federal laws are valid and are supreme, so long as those laws were adopted in pursuance of—that is, consistent with—the Constitution. IS THE SECOND AMENDMENT NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION ?? WHERE IS CONGRESS.??? As long as a citizen of the USA is not a criminal or a felon and is mentally sound , there should be no reason for any Congressman or Congresswoman to incite any proceedings against our rights to bear arms. This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding. SO UNLESS OUR CONSTITUTION IS COMPLETELY RESTRUCTURED AND THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND IS DELETED AS WRITTEN BY THE ORIGINATORS , OUR CONSTITUTION IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF LAW FOR OUR COUNTRY. The Oath of office of every politician in our country needs to be questioned by the People.~!!! No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States." We can not continue to be the greatest country on the planet while We The People allow discrepancies to go unnoticed along with violations of our government by its officials. Complacency is the root of destruction and we will definitely be extinct if the road to the future is destruction and continues to be paved by corruption.
