Article about Michaels scholarship offer from the University of Colorado. Great work son! July 17, 2014 Buffs first to offer Aloha State lineman Adam Munsterteiger BuffStampede Honolulu (Hawaii) Kaisers Michael Eletise thought he would have to wait until after his junior season to get his first scholarship offer, so the Class of 2016 offensive guard prospect was surprised when Colorado offered him this summer. Eletise is drawing interest from multiple Pac-12 schools early on. I went to the Gridiron Performance Academy camp here in Hawaii and I went to the All-Poly camp in Utah. Colorado had coaches at both of them, and I felt like I did well. I used the new technique I learned, said the 6-foot-3, 275-pound Eletise. I think Colorado really liked what they heard from my coach about my good grades and my good character. To get the first offer from Colorado was really, really exciting, he added. I have heard a lot about their academics and the new facilities they are building. It seems like exciting things are happening with that school. A varsity starter as both a freshman and sophomore, Eletise has also received early recruiting interest from UCLA, Arizona State, Oregon and Washington. He hopes to hear more from Utah and USC in the future. My dad really liked Utah when we went there for the All-Poly camp, and I have always wanted to go to USC since I was little, he said. Eletise plays primarily at left tackle for Kaiser, but because of his lack of height projects as an offensive guard for the next level. I just train hard, he said when asked what his best attributes are as a football player. I try to compete with my fellow teammates, we just push each other to get better and better.
