Article in the Chicago Tribune states entrepreneurs are one of the largest groups to experience impostor syndrome. Both as an entrepreneur and as someone who has spent time with many highly successful entrepreneurs. I find it to be quite the opposite. Why? Because while no one likes to fail, people who feel like impostors experience shame when they fail. In contrast entrepreneurs on the whole have a healthy response to failure and mistake making. Theyre used to throwing something up against the wall to see what sticks. course correcting when needed, and seeing failure and set-backs not as evidence of some supposed ineptness but rather as opportunities to learn and grow. Embrace the mindset of an entrepreneur and I guarantee youll get a major confidence boost. What do you think?
