Article of a two and half year boy: Susman It’s a story about two and half years cute, smiling and street kids admitted in the hospital at Patan from last week. Can we imagine a two and half years boy can eat food by himself; he can go to toilet without anyone support, he changes his dress by his own and collects many more toys from the kabaad to play and interestingly makes innovative things. If he is asked to bring something, he can bring it at an instant. Neither, he has the lap of mother for a sound sleep, neither finger of father to guide him in his paths. It’s only the time and condition that moulds him like five years well trained army. He lives in kabaad. He plays with plastic, metal and bottle. He never sees new toys like teddy beer, car and plane. When he discovers all those things from the pile of the recycle bin, he feels so happy and spends his time with it. Now, the same small boy has suffering from the rash at the back nearby the spine. Though it was a small rash at the beginning, but due to untimely care it suddenly became big. Then, the doctor decided to do operation. But the single operation could not cure the problem. Then after, the doctor performed the operation twice. Now, Susman is fine and back home. But he has to visit in every two or three days for dressing, until fully recovered. We feel very joyful to have been able to save the child of a two and half year’s boy. Street life has never been easy, neither for street inhabitants nor for the one who observes it. As the street field workers, we pray for his sooner recovery and may he lead a better life ahead. His eyes are looking for love and support.
