Articles like this make me a little upset. The fact that she refused to get an autopsy to discover if there was another unknown cause of her sons death concerns me, especially since she is blaming the flu shot and now spreading it all over the media. Sudden deaths with no known obvious reason behind them happen sometimes. Perhaps her son had a rare illness that was previously undiscovered, and it happened to flare up JUST days after the shot in some unlucky twist of fate. Maybe the shot caused it. Maybe it didnt. BUT she didnt try to find out if it really WAS the shot, and we will never know. She chose to blame the shot without discovering if there was another unknown reason. I find this article really disturbing, to be honest, if only because it adds unfounded fuel to the vaccine debate. I accept that fact that there are risks and side effects from vaccines. I even accept that fact that on rare occasions deaths may happen. Not getting vaccines also present the same risks, to be honest, if not more so imho. The choice is yours. However, I think this article is very unfair. DO the autopsy and find out FOR SURE before you start blaming something that will cause many people to question something that may potentially save their or their childrens (or other childrens) lives.
