Artist: George Wallace Jardine George Jardine was born in Wallasey on The Wirral in 1920 and trained at The Royal College of Art. He taught Graphics at Liverpool School of Art for more than forty years. He was greatly influenced by the Surrealist movement in the 1930s after seeing an exhibition at The Walker Art Gallery in 1936.
