Artists... your manager should be your biggest fan and your toughest critic. He/she should be the guiding force in your career. Your manager should be as in love with your music and talent as you are, yet still objective enough to create a path for it. Your manager should be ready, willing and able to work hard to lead you along the path to success, but never, ever work hard INSTEAD of you. Anyone that is offering to do the work FOR you is either selling you a dream or ignorant of what it actually takes to make it. Any artist that wants success must be prepared to work as hard for it as they possibly can for it...and then give MORE.
