Arun Prasanna G - Dear all when we received the FIR,I noticed that other sections were not mentioned. I requested the Inspector to add IPC 429 for which he said that as of now they could put only PCA Act & other sections can be added later. Jennifer Jacob-Murali Anand - As Arun has mentioned, he very clearly asked the Inspector about Sections IPC 429 not being mentioned in the FIR. The Inspector clearly explained that as of now, all they knew was that the dogs have been removed from the area & have been placed elsewhere. Upon further enquiry & investigation, if it was proved that the dogs were killed, the required sections would be added with an additional FIR. This information was given by Inspector J. Vijayakumar.
