Arvind Kejriwal filed a petition in Supreme Court to force the LG of Delhi to dissolve the assembly and order for fresh elections immediately after he resigned - But he very well knows that LG is well within his rights to keep the assembly in suspended state for 6 months and his action was nothing more than a drama as usual Now he is urging the LG to ask BJP if they want to form Govt. in Delhi - He think LG is his servant and he does not have any brains to know whom to ask and whom not ot ask - BJP has already told the LG categorically that it does not have the numbers to form a Govt. Why does he not tell the LG what is his stand and if he is still interested in becoming CM rather than making fool of the people and just attempting to keep his MLAs in tact Because this is precisely what is going to happen after he gets free from Lok Sabha elections - He will stake claim to form the Govt in Delhi with the help of Congress And that is the only reason he has asked to stay in the Govt house till May as he would need it again
