Arvind kejariwal’s thought of swaraj is highly relevant in india. Gandhi ji always advocated swaraj wherein everyone must be given this much of power that he or she can resist if their rights are challenged. Yes it look bit difficult to manage a nation with billions of people using their rights and opinion for development but there is no other way especially when people are accustomed to criticize every government authority and its intention. People have no faith in their elected government. Therefore they have to participate in public meeting for the welfare decision of their locality where politician, officers, complainer should be present. It will not only raise their decision making ability but also reduce the unnecessary fear from government and politicians. Democracy is not an option of lazy and undisciplined way of administration where people have no face and voice. More and more decentralized units of power and decision making properly managed and run by local people will give more option to public for their opinion. There is a whole step missing between politician and bureaucrat. Between policy and implementation and that step is public opinion.
