As 14.5 comes to an end tomorrow, I wanted to speak on the behalf of all our coaches and staff. During the past 5 weeks of the OPEN, It has been our absolute pleasure to help, guide, push, and support our athletes through these grueling wods. We are so thankful for your support, honesty, and respect toward each other and for this fitness movement we live each day called CrossFit. There is absolutely zero downside to bringing our communities together and witnessing complete lifestyle transformations, as these 5 weeks have demonstrated. We encourage all athletes to witness and participate in our final 14.5 tomorrow from 2-4, ending with softball in the park.
