As 2014 draws to a close, I realise that I have made mistakes this - TopicsExpress

As 2014 draws to a close, I realise that I have made mistakes this year...big juicy fat ones...I have not honoured myself in my choices, often ignoring my gut and I have retreated into myself and become a bit of a recluse, if not always physically then definitely mentally and emotionally. My mantra for 2014 has been simplifying my life, going back to basics with food, with skincare, with make up, with my mind and with my choices. I havent always been successful and thats ok because each stuff up is my learning curve, each poor choice has led me closer to a better choice and my body lets me know with ill health. I realise today that if my mantra for 2014 has been simplifying my life then 2015 is the year of Simple Living, Ive done the learning, the hard yards and I now have a solid base from which to be. I have two questions that guide ever thing that I now do, sometimes I ask only one sometimes both, depending on the situation and those questions are my guiding light, my beacon to BEing who I AM. As we step into 2015, I step into the new me, oh yes, Ive done this a few times before and have not had the strength to continue and there are many reasons for this none of which I will go into here. This time is different though, this time there is a new energy around it and around me, this time it IS time. So friends as this year closes and another year opens, know that whatever happens, you have the power to be or not to be, if you stumble, if you fall thats ok, please dont beat yourself up, you are a human not a machine. Let your feelings be your radar, do what honours you, dont ignore your gut and lastly shine your light as only YOU can, there is no other you, there is no other light that shines as yours does, dont dim it for anybody, you never know who needs to see it. Whatever makes your heart sing, gives you bliss, then do that, blessings xox #simpleliving
