As 2014 winds to and end, and the Spirit has landed for the last time this year, I want to take this time to thank everyone who came out to support our airplane and its mission of history, education and remembrance. We had so much support this year from so many people. From longtime members, and first time supporters. The new displays with the new paint job really made our old girl shine at all the shows. Having appeared at 22 shows this year, and after approximately 120 hours of flying, its time to take off the flight suits and put on our coveralls and start working to make 2015 as successful as 2014 was. So from all of us at the Berlin Airlift Historical Foundation, and the crew of the C-54 Spirit of Freedom, thank you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! See you in 2015!
