As Dan Bugg said @ Apr.12, 2013 called meeting(2 person dog park board resigned, rather than answer to Dan Bugg); Dan Bugg told ALL PRESENT, Mr Langston & I have had several good discussions on phone.. the communication problems became with the people who took down the city sign, had a party, & the people told attendees @ party, the city of hot springs, no longer has any responsibility for bark park. I own bark park.. (one person owned bark park)this really happened.. PEOPLE IN THE KNOW, FOR THE CITY, knew nothing about what happened @ bark park for 4 yrs..
