As George Washington said, Few men have virtue to withstand the highest bidder. Because we the people have not been vigilant in holding our elected officials accountable to their voting records, special interest groups have become the highest bidder. But we have something far more valuable to them than bribery and back room deals. We hold the keys to their political office! If we make their re-election conditional upon their following the Constitution, they will either do so, or be replaced by those who will do so. How have your senators and house rep been voting?
