As I am always trying to eat healthy, I always like to try new things. So I started eating Fiber One bars. Well this morning I woke up & my face was all flushed & hot. I went to work & this wasnt going away, but I got through the day & when I came home, disrobed out of my work clothes, my chest, stomach, side, red rash. So, since this is the only thing different Ive had, I looked at the ingredients. One which says, chickory root extract. So guess what 2 of the side affects are, skin inflammation & skin redness. That would be me! Well I guess I can add this to the list of 5000 other things Im allergic to.
