As I am on the bus and my phone just rang I will have to point out I hate telephone calls! I think the concept of being interrupted by someone you cannot see only hear is a very rude thing. I miss things and gestures in face to face conversation but a telephone conversation lacks a lot more clues about when to speak which is frustrating for me. Texting, Facebook and e-mails are much better forms of communication and it also helps to have a written record I can look back on!
