As I approach April and the celebration of 3 CONSISTENT AND - TopicsExpress

As I approach April and the celebration of 3 CONSISTENT AND EFFECTIVE years of pastoral ministry, as always, Im reminiscing. Im joyful but Im very aware that I have not done everything right or always made the best decisions but I proudly stand as a leader and man of God because I walk in love, liberty, truth, and INTEGRITY. Its a rare gem but God has blessed me to have and hold on to it. Every year (and lets be honest, everyday), my prayer is take me higher, make me greater, do more but not at the expense of losing my soul or desire to be pleasing in Gods sight (not man). So, if Im not ready, hold off and get ME together so I can maintain the miracle. Truth be told, I rather be successful with 30 all my life than grow exponentially and be a scandal when its all over. Thank you God for even considering me because I realize the wretch that I not only was but AM right now. At any moment I can make one decision that destroys the rest of my life but because of His grace and mercy, I am that I am. All that to say, we leaders and pastors are human too and before you crucify us, pray for and with us. You know how easy it would be to quit and go back to living for ourselves but we get up every day and maintain our stance that we have been called for such a time as this. We cant do it alone and so I admonish each and every person (at some time) to pray for the leaders whether spiritual, governmental, political, mentors, coaches, bosses, family, or whatever. Instead of recognizing their wrong, celebrate their right. Yeah they could be alot better but so could you. ;) I have come to understand that I will be the best me when those who believe in me, pray for and with me. As I share at RLM: We DO IT BETTER...TOGETHER. To every leader (especially Pastor), I am connected to, I love and salute you for being an example and not quitting. ~theLIFEspeaker #FromTheHeartOfALeader #DeterminedToGetItRight
