As I approach the end of my strength & conditioning career and - TopicsExpress

As I approach the end of my strength & conditioning career and focus my attention on my business, charity work and family, I look back with extreme pride on my achievements. There are many career highlights like winning 5 league titles, 2 cup finals in 8 seasons in professional rugby, helping Amir Khan understand what it takes to become a professional athlete, helping Stuart Stokes achieve his ambition of getting to the Olympics at the age of 35, helping Glenn Ross get better with age to become truly a strongman legend plus many more incredible moments with incredible people. I was the first European strength & conditioning coach to work with Charlie Francis, Charles Poliquin, Louie Simmons & Dr. Eric Serrano. I looked under every stone looking for answers to improving performance I’m credited amongst the rugby fraternity to changing the way professional rugby players train and nourish themselves as I was driving this as far back as 1997 and this makes me very proud. In the last 4 years I developed over 24 nutritional products and have recently authored what I believe is the most comprehensive book on fat loss and health on the market and I’ve always put my heart and soul into everything I do. I still hear the words of those who doubted my ability over the years and I proudly stick one finger up to you as I begin to open up the next chapter of my life. And for those of you who work hard, be persistent, ride the bumps you will get what you want but above all else be kind and help others. Phil Richards
