As I board my flight en route to Myrtle Beach, SC - NACA South - TopicsExpress

As I board my flight en route to Myrtle Beach, SC - NACA South (kick off to the 2014 NACA Conference Season) I want to ahare my top 10 observations and suggestions. DISCLAIMER: This is meant for merely humor. 1) Today is National Bring your Screaming Child through TSA Security day. 2) There is only 2 TSA baggage lanes open at 5 AM in Terminal 4, A gates. 3) Every new traveler should be responsible for taking an orientation on proper procedure for advancing through security check points. 4) The conveyor belt of the TSA baggage line is not the time to put your shoes on, belt on, etc. Gather your belongs, exit left and use the benches provided to redress. 5) They are redoing the bathrooms in A gates 1-14 so I am looking forward to that experience. 6) Always use the bathroom prior to boarding an aircraft. If I thought being 64 was tough enough, I add a 4 bathroom into the mix and the party gets started. 7) When volunteering to gate check your bag, although a pelican case is technically bomb proof, never in fact refer that to the gate agent as they are checking it. Additionally, dont start the conversation with, I will lay on that grenade. 8) Having children means you become exceptions to rules when flying. 9) A policy I would like to see started is no one over the age 65 is allowed to sit in the exit rows. Im 64, youthful, and willing to assist in the event of an emergency. If something were to happen, I dont forsee the grandparents being able to open anything except their medicine bottles. 10) No sir I cannot volunteer for a middle seat so this parent can sit with his children. He should of thought about that when purchasing a ticket. Besides, I enjoy the buttucks of every flight attendant walking by and brushing my shoulder. Be advised this is not a complaint but more observations and suggestions. #thestruggleisreal Taking off now. See you later Phoenix.
