As I contemplate writing this, my heart is beating as hard as God will let it. As of November 30th, I will be looking to spread my wings as I leave 3/4 of my life behind me. As to what Im leaving behind you may ask, well I will no longer be with York Novelty, known online as Yorkbeads. Ive learned so much, traveled the country, met so many fantastic people, and have tried to leave a positive trail behind me. Im grateful for the many opportunities my job afforded me, and Ive had a blast doing what I do. If you know anything about me, you knew I took pride in a job well done, followed thru with my customers, many of them I can call friend, and many who have become extended family. I loved my job. I loved knowing so many fantastic designers, having so many one of a kind designer pieces, made just for me. That tickled me pink, as my Mom would say. I enjoyed my customers reaching out to me, no matter the day or time, asking me about this style or that, in stock or not. I was fond of saying that I was York, 24/7, 365, lol. I loved talking to so many of you, from so many different walks of life. I hope I helped some of you along the way. If so, please pay it forward to someone else. I know a lot of you helped me on my journey. Im still here until the 30th folks, so let me take care of you one last time, mention my name when you order, Ill talk Perry into a discount for you........
