As I get older I start to learn that we waste so much of our lives trying to predetermine how our lives should be, instead of enjoying the awesome, messed up, twisted ride it actually is. This is YOUR life. Not a copy of your neighbours life, or some famous celebritys life...YOUR life. It will be sad, it will be happy. You will be inspired and you will be disappointed, but thats the thrill of the roller coaster that is YOUR Life. Sometimes we get swept up on trying to find someone to sit next to us for the ride so that they can offer us the assurance that we are not scared alone...I get that. But dont make the absence of that someone steal your joy of the ride. Maybe if you let yourself go with the madness of the ride, shouting and howling in the wind as you go along, someone in the crowd might spot you and say: WOW! Now thats someone who knows what its all about! I want some of THAT in my life! My life sucks sometimes because of whatever momentary displeasure I might be facing, but overall, I have an awesome life. How do I know this? Because IM STILL HERE! As long as I am here, there is still loads of living to do. To all of you who have added to this and continue in you small unseen ways to share your laughter, your pain, your courage, your fears, I want to say THANK YOU. You make this ride even more exciting! For those of you who are still battling with letting go of the bar and just releasing your hands to the air, I just want say Be bold, Be fearless, Be happy. Be in the moment of each and every second of your life...because that is where you ARE. Enjoy the ride! Its amazing! You dont need to get on, youve been on the day you were born, now ride this MUTHA til the wheels fall off! Live your journey and Love it!
