Why has big government restricted small business growth over the last 10 years via restrictive regulations and new laws that strangle development? A short list of why small businesses are crucial to our economic turnaround: • They represent more than 99.7% of all employers • They employ more than half of all private sector employees • They pay 44% of the total US private payroll • They created 64% of net new jobs over the past 15 years • They represent 97% of all US exporters & produce 30.2% of the export value • They produce 13 times more patents per employee than Big Businesses • They create more than 50% of private US GDP • They hire 40% of US high-tech workers • They represent 52% of home base businesses and 2% of franchises Lets reestablish a national focus towards the support of our small businesses, and lets end the elite cronyisms between the Big Business & Big Government.
