As I lack wisdom, I am not the person to seek out for advice on much of anything, and if I am serious only because of events, then shame on me. But with friends, tragedies that affect one of us, can affect many people. So I ask for everybody to say a few prayers for the folks in the Philippines. They are good people and have been allies to America for many years. I do not know many of them any more, but have friends with relatives in the Islands. On a more personal note, Kurby Kenny, a long-time neighbor, friend, and fellow mail-carrier lost his young son to leukemia this morning. Logan had been battling the good fight for some time, and had lost ground recently. Logan is with God and doing fine, I am certain. So concerns turn to the family, and since I have many friends that spend more time in prayer than I do, I am asking you to remember Kurby and Marylou Kenny and their family when you visit with God this evening. Knowing that you will do this, I thank you, and will mention you tonight in my prayers. Thank you, very much....................Kieran (Mike)
