As I leave work tonight after a very successful, and very rewarding day, I reflect on my life here at DCC. I have worked her for almost 7 years, starting in an entry level position and now Im a supervisor. I have found my career path, met some amazing people along the way and Im so thankful for the opportunities that have presented themselves to me here!! What Jim and Chris did today was unexpected, and absolutely amazing, and I am even more thankful than ever! They didnt have to do what they did, it shows that they appreciate us and are thankful for our hard work in getting the company to where it is, and I am thankful to be working for a company like this! Tomorrow starts a new journey for DCC as we officially become a subsidiary of CIT Bank, and I am looking forward to the positives this change will bring!
