As I look at selections of models, I realize how much room there is for diversity as artists. There is no best model but instead one that best fits the moods or goals of the shoot. There is no one best makeup look. There is no one best photographer. There is no one best photographic style. You just be the best at what you have to offer, YOUR style. There is no need to compare yourself to others. My model friend Shaun Ross is a model with albinism. His skin is pure white. Is he the best model for all shoots? Certainly not. Is he the perfect model for others? Absolutely. Am I the best photographer for all gigs? Nope. But am I the perfect photographer for others? Absolutely. I just have to put myself in front of those clients, refine my vision, refine my style and share that with the world. Just wanted to share!
