As I looked around me it seemed to be that I was surrounded with the remains of others . As I looked up I saw a boy doing the very act that caused what was around me . I asked him to pick it up, and surprisingly without any argument he did. I decided it would be hypocritical of me if I didnt pick up the trash around me , so I did . ( Disappointed this was not my daily routine ) After I went around the school a bit , I had teachers come up to me and thanked me , as though I had did something great and was awarded by the office. It saddens me how irregular this was to them , but then again acknowledging the problem is a start , and acting upon it is the beginning of a solution . As I was picking up the trash I received dirty looks from my classmate as though we are to good for it . However, it is we who committed the sin, and allah who is merciful enough to allow us to pick it up.
