As I looked at the interview sign up sheet, I felt an urgency to look at my coco application. Last date modified was 4/4/13 a year ago from today! And what a reorientation piece that was for me. I wrote: I love stressing the “now what” of the reflection components because it goes hand in hand to reorientation; it’s that force, that accountabilibuddy that tells the individual/group that his/her/their work is not done. This insatiability is the passion that motivates the person/group. Reorientation not only makes sense of the “what” and “so what” but makes meaning or changes the meaning of the “now what.” As a collective, as a group, as an individual, this “now what” component, this reorientation is what moves someone to be the change he/she wants to be in the world and to recruit others along the way.
