As I mentioned on our 2nd last post, we went on a 4 day horse trek last week and 5 girls in the group all came from the Northern Territory. Immediately, they were dobbed the Territorian mob and went on to leave me in their shadows. The reason for their trek with Snowy Wilderness was their dear friend Stevie who has had major challenges in her life with cancer & through the Starlight Foundation Stevie was able to request her wish to go trekking on horseback in the Snowy Mountains. Stevie is just a gem and her group of friends just so dedicated to her continued health....stay strong Stevie. Photos are of the group in Powers Hut (yes, the verandah blew down in the 150kph winds we had 2 months back), and Stevie on Sally.
