As I read 1 Corinthians 13, I got to verse 2 and stopped. I have read this many times but never have I been taken this deep. I asked myself, how can one who prophesies and shows great faith be seen as nothing in Gods sight? Then I remembered 1John 4:8; He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. How then can a man who does not know God still speak the mind of God? This the Bible replies in Romans 11:29; For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable. Yes, God does not withdraw the gifts he gives us. Nevertheless, this person is nothing in His sight. God gave gifts freely to us. They are for our edification but they dont give us automatic entrance into His kingdom. Your denomination and your status in the church will not earn you this except when you show people the love which our Father in heaven has shown us. Be quick to forgive, give up grievances and love even your enemies unconditionally. Love will lift you up and His Word will guide you. God bless you! CHRIST SAVES!!!
