As I read this Right –to-Work and Minimum Wage come to mind. These were also pushed through State Government by the GOP majority, so voters would not have a voice! You must see the pattern within the GOP; manipulation and misuse of power by the Republican majority! VOTE in NOVEMBER it’s time for these manipulated, controlling politicians to go! Bill Contempt for the standards of Honesty and the democratic process!! The GOP-controlled Senate passed the legislation on a mostly party-line vote, while utterly disregarding the will of the majority of citizens. The state Senate passed a citizeninitiated law this week that would allow a wolf hunt in the Upper Peninsula and did it in record speed. It’s difficult to imagine a more blatant contempt for the standards of honesty and the democratic process. The bill still must go to the House of Representatives, on Aug. 27. If lawmakers pass the legislation, it will automatically become law. If they reject it or do nothing, the issue will go on the November general election ballot. We believe this should be on the November ballot that’s where it belongs!
