As I reflect today on the passing of an old friend and an impending 55th birthday next week, it struck me how fast time flies...tempus fugit. Its exacerbated by the harried technology of today...Facebook is full of people just moving way too fast. One day, one of my daughters is 6 months old and asleep on my chest with me laying in a hammock and the next, the oldest is pushing age 28. My son has been gone almost 22 years now. I have been married to my soul buddy Jonna coming up on 6 years already....Dads 80 as of this past July. Wow....Kenny Chesney says it all in this song....DONT BLINK....
