As I renewed by Real Estate Broker license using my iPad this morning, I had the following thoughts: 1) the year I earned my Brokers license was the same year the iPhone debuted and even though that was just 2007, its hard to imagine my life without either; 2) harder still is to realize that 10 years before that in 1997 when I first was licensed to sell real estate there were no smartphones, social media websites and certainly no tablets; 3) since 2007, I have represented several hundred buyers and sellers (as well as landlords and tenants) in real estate transactions and I am deeply grateful to all of them for their kind words and recommendations over the years that have helped me build The Alec Schwartz Team at Coldwell Banker Preferred. I could not have done it without all of you and look forward to all the changes and developments that the next two year (when I will need to renew again) will bring. Thanks!
