As I scroll through my news feed tonight, I am reminded of the fact that life can change in literally an instant. I know the focus of yesterdays tragedy is on the little girl who lost her life and the family that grieves for her, which is obviously the most substantial loss, but I cant help but think of all the families that now dont have daycare for their children and will have to miss work, and the daycare employees that will now be missing work, and the parents of the injured who will also be missing work, etc. In todays economy most people cant afford to take unplanned time off. My heart is heavy for everyone affected whether in a big way or small, and I am most definitely counting my blessings today and every day. #thankful
