As I see it, providing contraception coverage for employees does not deteriorate a familys religious freedom--it simply doesnt take their religious practice away from them. What this ruling does, however, is allow familys (who own closely held businesses) to subject their employees to the constraints and practices of their religion. So, it actually threatens employees liberties to things like, oh, self-determined health care. Unless they want to strictly employ people of shared faith... Thoughts?
