As I sit here after being in the township today and knowing that so many dogs and puppies have their tummies full and have been dewormed with diatoms, I am filled with gratitude for the people who actually make this possible. Dont ever think that your donation is small or that an sms to our sms line wont make a difference. It does. Small amount, large amount, whatever you give is never small. It is the difference between them having a meal or going hungry. It is the difference between an over bred female getting spayed or being bred again and again and again only to have her puppies die because she cannot produce milk with her emaciated body. It is the difference to a dog laying in pain, slowly dying because no one will take it to the vet. It is the difference in an animal having hope/knowing kindness/feeling it is worth being loved, because we could not do this without you. We could not feed a township on our own, we couldnt pay the vet bills without help. We could not carry on emotionally without the likes and comments that keep us going when we hit the wall and breakdown ourselves. So when you think about animals rescuers, include yourself for having made animal welfare possible. I love you all for your kind hearts.
