As I sit here at lunch, with my mind going at 100mph, I feel led to share that, without a doubt, God is never eager to see any of us suffer, but He does promise to make good out of our pain, to turn our ashes into something beautiful. Though, right now our wounds may hurt, but the beauty of being wounded is that we are more sensitive in their rawness. Just as the flesh on a cut or a scrape is more sensitive than the skin around it, our emotional wounds can heighten our sensitivity to God. Many of us, definitely including myself, are going through trials right now, so I have to speak for myself, and allow the hurt to compel me closer to Christ! This comes straight from the heart, and honestly, a very heavy heart, but I truly hope this can help others as well who are possibly feeling abit down today. Thanx and have a good day!
