As I sit here in Seattle wearing my Stevie Wonder t-shirt Im feeling really happy right now. For starters, Victoria BC Ska Society and the Victoria Ska Fest surpassed its Indiegogo Campaign goal to retain free programming for Ska Fest. But the sweetest thing was that we ended the campaign on the night that I got to witness one of the very best concerts Ive EVER seen with Stevie Wonder. He is a true living legend. His music is more than outstanding and he also has conscious messages in his music. As a side note after the show we went to that late night restaurant that serve either 6 or 12 egg omelettes. I didnt have that but I just like going there because they serve that. More dub/reggae vibes tonight and some much needed R&R after that. Yesterday was the beginning of more good times to come and Im gonna enjoy every minute!
